Imagination is the key to creative writing. But can someone grow their imagination?
Taking the time to practice stretching your imagination can do wonders for your writing. Reading is one of the best ways to grow your imagination. But so is writing. One thing that you can do is try a writing prompt.
What is a writing prompt?
Writing prompts can be anything that a writer uses as a starting point for writing practice. It could be a picture, a song, or an event. Sometimes that starting point could lead to a short story and even sometimes an entire novel.
